Prime Hill Business Square (PHBS), a new rental office complex from Chiyoda & Public Works (CPW), opened on October 11, 2014. CPW renovated an old Public Works office building after obtaining Myanmar Investment Commission Approval in December 2013.There were no accidents during a tight 8-month construction period.
The ceremony was attended by Union Minister U Kyaw Lwin of the Ministry of Construction, Managing Director U Kyaw Linn of Public Works, Minister-Counselor Mr. Ichiro Maruyama from the Japanese Embassy and guests from their respective Ministries, State Enterprises & Departments, local and international business organizations, and PHBS tenants.
U Kyaw Lwin, Union Minister delivered the opening remarks and Minister Counselor Mr. Ichiro Maruyama and Mr. Takashi Kubota, Executive Chairman of Chiyoda Corporation delivered speeches. U Kyaw Linn, Chairman of CPW and Managing Director of Public Works explained the collaboration between Public Works & CPW for the Prime Hill Business Square office building renovation project.
Afterwards, Managing Director of Public Works U Kyaw Linn, Deputy Managing Director of Public Works U Han Soe and representatives Chiyoda & CPW cut the ribbon to open the PHBS office building. Union Minister U Kyaw Lwin of Ministry of Construction, Minister-Counselor Mr. Ichiro Maruyama from the Japanese Embassy, Executive Chairman of Chiyoda Corporation Mr. Takashi Kubota and Representative from Chiyoda Corporation pressed a button to reveal the signboard of the and open the signboard of the PHBS building.
